| It is our policy to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products. The following applies to refund policy and each applies for 30 days after receipt of the product. |
| UNOPENED PRODUCT - If we receive your product and it has not been opened we will refund your original purchase dollar amount. |
| OPENED PRODUCT - If the product has been opened then we will apply the unused portion as a store credit towards the purchase of another of our items. Only if you can medically prove that you had some form of adverse reaction to the herbs provided in the product. These are health products - by law they can not be resold once a container has been opened. |
