The cleansing program is designed to start you out slowly. Allowing your body to adapt slowly to the new healthier you. We recommend that you start with one of each (1 Oral Chelation at night before bed and 1 Longevity Plus in the morning) daily. After 5-7 days, progress to two of each daily; and after another 5-7 days, progress to 3 of each daily. Please make sure that you are drinking at least 8 glasses of water every day.
